[MPlayer-users] pp=hb/vb/dr doesn't work while encoding?

You should deblock before you crop. Otherwise the block boundaries
won't be where they are supposed to be and the deblocker misses them.

Also don't crop at odd coordinates. Use crop=702:560:6:8 instead.
