Hi,
Trying to capture video from the tvcard (bt878) for the first time..
I can 'play' using mplayer command:
mplayer -tv
driver=v4l:chanlist=australia:norm=PAL:width=320:height=240:outfmt=yuy2:adevice=/dev/dsp tv://10
I have the audio out of the card hooked to the audio in of my onboard
sound. The sound works wether I specifiy the device or not, authough
the mplayer output shows no audio.. ("Audio: no sound").. I think this
is where the recording is failing but i'm not sure..
This is the command i use:
mencoder -tv
driver=v4l:chanlist=australia:norm=PAL:width=320:height=240:outfmt=yuy2:adevice=/dev/dsp -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=900 -vf crop=720:544:24:16,pp=lb -o test.avi tv://10
This is what I get (dies on something called a demuxer??)
