Yes it is not able to demux the file.
I also see it is not the CVS build (latest code) for mplayer

you could compile mplayer from CVS yourself and try that.
ONLY IF it then fails proceed to report a bug

some developer would need a sample of your file
and/or how you generated the file.
and the code would have to be updated to handle this file format.
