Well, pullup and ivtc don't follow a pattern, but the old detc filter
does.

Hmm, try encoding to mpeg4 with -lavcopts vqscale=2:ilmv:ildct:mbd=2.
Make sure pullup still messes up the same on the mpeg4 copy, and if it
does, upload that to ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming with a short
text file identifying the problem. I don't need the whole file, just a
large enough clip to see the problem clearly.

There were some patches for the compile errors, so hopefully it's
fixed!
