Does this assume that the mpeg will be played back on a television? We
are not using tvs. I guess it makes sense to make it work on either if
it is as simple as resetting the ofps
I can't really see any improvement over the smaller 720X480 mpegs
generated by After Effects. There is so much motion and textured
surfaces that the compression artifacts are readily visible.
I am hoping to get some time to make another pass at the docs to see
what I can do clean it up a bit.
