yes, it helps a lot..thanks for the tip :)
but it's still not perfect :(
now the motion is smooth, but the audio is not EXACTLY in sync...the
delay is relatively small...let's say 0.2seconds at max, and imho not
constant...
mostly u can see it when someone is talking, and you are watching his
lips move...
i tested it like this:
i wrote a simple python script, which randomly started mplayer with and
without dmix on the same file.. then i guessed the option used
(with/without dmix), and stopped mplayer..then the script showed me the
commandline used...
i can identify for 100% when it's with/without dmix :((
question: is it possible to achieve with autosync
perfect/non-distinguishable a/v sync? after reading the man pages, it
seems that the answer is no....
of course i can upload a sample if needed :)
