Hi,
I found that the install of MPlayer in MDK 10 is not as stable as it
could be. Personally, i would recommend removing the default MPlayer
install and re-installing either from the source files at mplayerhq or
the rpm files on the download page.
This will also give you the latest version of mplayer (1.0pre4).
