I'm beginning to think that all lavc developers suffer with the same 
kind of monitor that I do ;-) I've never noticed blockiness myself on 
my own machine, but when viewing the same file on other machines, the 
blockiness, especially in the background of the video, and darker 
scenes, come out. I know from before that everyone else uses monitors 
that are capable of much higher brigthness at their lowest setting, 
than mine at its highest setting. (everything below 50 dec is basically 
as black as 0 for me).
