-dumpstream dumps the VOBs, but not the IFO file. The IFO contains 
metadata like subtitle languages, and without that you would have to 
specify the subtitles by -sid.
You can simply copy /dvd/VIDEO_TS/VTS_*.IFO (and rename appropriately), or 
use vobcopy instead of dumpstream.
