[MPlayer-users] Mencoder -> Theora ?

Hello,

Is mencoder able to convert to Theora now ?
>From what format is it able to do it ?

Optional questions:

In the audio world, the WAV is the non compressed format. In the video
world what is the equivalent ? 
I use Icecast/Ices to stream Audio, I know VLC streams Video and can
stream Theora, what else can do that ?
