I'll ammend my statement a bit...  It does seem to fix the problem on
very few filters, such as the pp filters, kerndeint, spp, and a few
others. However, most filters still cause the crash, such as ivtc, detc,
pullup, tfields, divtc, delogo.

Well, at least it's a start :-)
