That file is a playlist that points to 
http://203.159.28.31/mpu-web/liveconf/MPUMediaStation5.nsc, which is 
another playlist, but a format that currently isn't supported (a parser 
for it is on the wishlist).
Does mplayer http://233.18.159.55:15050 or something like that work?
