Are you sure the video works in the first place?  Have you played it
with some other video player?  I'm guessing you downloaded that off a
peer-to-peer network, where fake files are common.

You might want to try"-forceidx", as I've seen that solve similar
problems with a couple avis, but I'd say it's most likely just a corrupt
file you've got there.
