Afaik it is hardcoded to svq3, but you are missing the encoder component, 
maybe it is not included in the quicktime6.3 dlls. Anyway you really 
shouldn't be using svq3. Use something more open. The qtvideo encoder was 
made just for fun and is not well tested at all.
