Hi, all,

sorry for the inconvenience as Linux newbie.

Now I have found the solution.

This is my fstab:
/dev/cdrom /media/cdrom auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0
0
/dev/dvd /media/dvd auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0
0
/dev/dvdram /media/dvdram auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0
0

This is the way to play "DVD" movies on my machine:
mplayer dvd://1 -dvd-device /dev/dvdram

This is the way to play "VCD" movies on my machine:
mplayer vcd://1

Thank you very much to all of you. I have no further question.

Best regards.
Manni.
