Note that I don't have a Mac, so it might as well be that your quicktime 
installation is flawed, but ImageSequence and the lot seems to be defined 
in components.h.

Try adding:

#include "../loader/qtx/qtxsdk/components.h"

at line 36 of vo_quartz.c

Let me know if that works.
