This indicates you're using shared libavcodec, which is strongly
discouraged! You should report your configure options when sending a
problem report. I would recommend rerunning configure without shared
libavcodec and using the provided internal one instead (follow the
directions for checking it out -- see the README -- if using cvs).
However if you fix your shared libavcodec installation then it would
work with shared.. (apparently the headers are not installed).
