What ATI card have you got?  atitvout is an interesting hack, but it has
never worked on my 128 pro.

Again, no TV-out, even when they are otherwise "fully supported".  And
besides that, this is hardware I bought several years ago now, when the
hardware situation was much worse than it is now (not that it's very
good now).
