[MPlayer-users] Running Mplayer as Normal User

  mplayer -frames 3 -vo jpeg:outdir=/home/www/avicap:quality=100 -contrast 20 /home/www/webmovie.avi 

I got this command running as "root" user there's no problem. It helps me capture 3 frames as jpeg image. But when I run as normal user I got permission denied error. And no screen capture is done.
   
  It kept saying 

Setting up LIRC support...
mplayer: could not connect to socket
mplayer: No such file or directory
Failed to open LIRC support.
You will not be able to use your remote control.
Playing /home/www/webmovie.avi.
File not found: '/home/www/webmovie.avi'
Failed to open /home/www/webmovie.avi

I really don't know why. The same command run fine when I run as root. But now I need to run this same command as normal user. I am kinda lost.
