That was my guess as to what his problem was, but then I decided that it
must be something else, because my understanding is that unless
something is broken in the build system any messages which do not exist
in the language-specific file should be filled in (by automatically
calling help/help_diff.sh) with the versions in help/help_mp-en.h. Since
apparently this change did fix the problem, that means that either my
understanding was wrong or there is something broken; any idea which?
