I updated the manpage example with these values...

Well, I don't know when you would call a (esp. non-square) matrix
normalized... But to avoid clipping in every case you would have to divide all those values by 1.44

And also, (esp.?) if you use headphones, the new hrtf filter should give much
better results (but needs a lot of CPU).
