I have had some strange behavior with use of the -ss and -endpos parameters
when using a MPEG-2 .mpg file (captured by catting /dev/video0, which is a
Hauppauge PVR-250).  Does MPlayer have a hard time accurately seeking
MPEG-2, or should I be looking for a different culprit?
