Tried both patches, and they work well on ES files, but does very bad
things to MPEG-PS file seeking!

I tested an MPEG-2 PS file...  Now, seeking is no longer relative,
seeking +5 takes you 5 seconds into the video, over and over, no matter
how many times you try to seek. +10 takes you to 10 seconds, etc.
