Thanks for the advice. I've made a tiny script to automatically patch 
font.desc. Whith this script I've made a patches for 
mplayerfonts_win1251_v1.tar.gz, cp1251-arial-18.tar.bz2 and 
koi8-r-arial-18.tar.bz2 fonts from tp://ftp1.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/contrib/.

Now all subtitles are fine 8-))
