yes it does. stop talking nonsense about stuff you don't know. anime
is NEVER INTERLACED, ALWAYS TELECINED. DO NOT USE A DEINTERLACER!!

[actually some anime is totally progressive, but it's very rare.
however, the never-interlaced thing is entirely true. no one would be
stupid enough to draw animation cells at 60 fps.]

i'm sorry for yelling but i get really mad when people give ignorant
advice about stuff they don't understand.
