I tried to run using following command
mips_linux# mplayer -vo /usr/local/lib/codecs/libmpeg2.a:/dev/fb0 -nosound
Lays_Potato_Chips1.mpeg

MPlayer 1.0pre7-3.2 (C) 2000-2005 MPlayer Team
CPU: SGI MIPS

Failed to open /dev/rtc: No such file or directory (it should be readable by
the user.)
Playing Lays_Potato_Chips1.mpeg.
MPEG-PS file format detected.
VIDEO: MPEG1 320x240 (aspect 1) 25.000 fps 500.0 kbps (62.5 kbyte/s)
Error opening/initializing the selected video_out (-vo) device.

Exiting... (End of file)

What should I do. I don't have X11 windows on MIPS, I do have framebuffer
support. where should I move....
