I think your after smth that doesn't exist because I don't see _any_
way how you may use MPlayer skins (www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/Skin/) if
you don't build it with gui support.

If you're after a separate front-end, just go to the related project
page, on mplayerhq.hu, or have a look at this
