$ dvbstream  -f 11766 -p V -s 27500 -udp -net 127.0.0.1:2000  512 650
will stream to udp, mencoder can stream _from_ udp   (mencoder 
udp://127.0.0.1:2000 ...) 
not to stream _to_ it
