[MPlayer-users] how can i make mplayer aquire licenses for .wmvfile off the net?

then how about programs like FreeMe?
can that be of any help?  it's having hard time finding the license that 
i've acquired, but can it be tinkered in a way that it can?  i mean, windows 
media player did say that i've backed up the license file, so it must be in 
hdd somewhere, shouldn't it?
