Sorry, you are correct i didnt...

Ah, this would be it then.
I didnt notice that its not using bio2jack now and the jack ports it was
connecting to are now different.

Specifying "-ao jack:port=brutefir" has fixed the problem.

I should have noticed this sooner :(
