[MPlayer-users] mplayer works on my R3000T laptop, but have 2 minor issues

1. When i pause in any way, space or from the UI, and then re-start
playback by doing the same, the playback re-starts after skipping a
second or so. For movies this is not very noticeable, but when watching
sports action, this really looks jumpy. Any tips?
2. -ss from command line works with one DVD, but only goes up to
00:07:30 on another, and refuses to play if i go over it. Below is the
console printout when that happens, with the last line looking strange.
Also, is there any way to jump to exactly say 1 hour from the start of
DVD once the playback already started (same process). It doesn't look
feasible to do so from the UI, cause at least mine shows only the time
from the start of the chapter. Perhaps that can be configured...

Thanks all.
