Well, more like a missing feature than a bug... With current CVS all you
should have to do is call configure with --charset=utf8 - unfortunately
it doesn't work right now, since nobody has created a
help/help_mp-sv.h.charset file (if you tell me the encoding
help/help_mp-sv.h currently uses I will add it at once).
