[MPlayer-users] protected WMA?

I paid for and downloaded a WMA audio file from buy.com and can't play it
with mplayer. I suppose it may be protected. Is this expected to be
unplayable, or is there a way that I can play it? Lots of other videos and
sound files play OK. I just installed a new release of mplayer to see if
that would help. It didn't.

OS: Red Hat Enterprise WS3
MPlayer-1.0pre7, compiled from source
Codecs downloaded and installed:
  essential-20050412.tar.bz2

I have left a copy of the file at

  mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/ben.wma

Thanks.
