But... can I find sid inside the dvd structure or is It part of mplayer?

I writed a python module to adquiere some dvd ifo data in a more
 comprehensible way. Do you think that I can reach to the subtitles
 in the mpeg stream in that way? (this is the way mplayer does it, isn't it?)
