Read the headers in every email:

List-Unsubscribe: <http://mplayerhq.hu/mailman/listinfo/mplayer-users>,
        <mailto:mplayer-users-request at mplayerhq.hu?subject=unsubscribe>

i.e. you can unsubscribe by sending email to
mplayer-users-request at mplayerhq.hu with "unsubscribe" in the subject.
