Got it. Exernal faad and -demuxer aac does the trick.
I just committed a patch to autodetect aac in shoutcast streams, so if
you cvs update you don't need to force demuxer type.

Which faad version is needed? I tested with latest, but since xine works
and it uses faad cvs from  September 15 2004, any not-too-old version
should do.
