[MPlayer-users] mplayer cache statistics available?

Hi!

I'm running mplayer on a machine which is connected to a network using
WLAN (802.11g). I want to play video files which are located on another
machine in the same network.
To optimize the cache settings, I'd need to get some statistics about
the cache fill, especially if there are situations where the cache runs
empty.
Is it somehow possible to get these values?
