[MPlayer-users] How do you upload files to MPlayer FTP server?

They mean readable. You're supposed to be able to upload into that
directory to give them files with bug reports so that they can test
them and make them play in mplayer. Unfortunately, some warez kids
think it's an ftp dump site where they can put some newly-released
movie for thier friends to download.

The server admins can see what's in the incoming directory but
anonymous users can't. There might be special rules about how to
upload stuff but the website seems dead or lagged at the moment. The
other possibility is that the server is currently misconfigured.
