[MPlayer-users] Help for H.263 encoder using mencoder

By a way, I try to modify the file ./libavcodec/apiexample.c encoding
the yuv420p stream with FFMpeg library, but it looks like cannot
decode the input_263 file. Isn't it still cann't encode and decode YUV
stream using FFMpeg librarys (libavcodec, libavformat, libvo, ...)?
