[MPlayer-users] Help for H.263 encoder using mencoder

The YUV_file streams are foreman_cif.yuv, saleman_cif.yuv, and news_qcif.yuv.
I have check the FFMpeg library, it's can support YUV encoding but not
in MPlayer.
