[MPlayer-users] Splitting Video files for Fat32?

Cool, where in the docs can I read about this? I tried reading through the
online Docs and FAQ's - but I didn't find anything. Will this just stop
recording at a specified point - or will it actually split the file in two
(or more) parts?
I ask as a lot of people (like me) are using mencoder to encode video for
portable media players - which are all on the whole, formatted in FAT32.
