[MPlayer-users] cropdetect in real time

Cropdetect gives great values.  Is there any way to get
mplayer to crop to whatever cropdetect is printing
as it prints it?

I am watching digital tv with mplayer.  Different shows
and commercials on the same channel are different
sizes.  It would be great if I could get mplayer to
automatically crop out the black and rescale the
result to full screen without stopping, changing the
command line, restarting.  Is this possible without
my hacking the code?
