[MPlayer-users] Movie files that won't play sound properly

I see lots of traffic, but none my way. Is there a secret handshake or
animal sacrifice I can make to get some input? If this was just for my
own use at home and not in my place of work, I'd let it slide, but I
prefer mplayer to xine and would like to get this figured out.
