No, it has old-fashioned documentation.  Allow me to explain the
differences...  unlike a Wiki, it's not filled with references to porn
sites, or blatantly factually incorrect information put in by someone
who has no idea what they are talking about, but convinced they do.

It also has the side benefit of not requiring a mainframe to serve up
every page from the database every time it's requested...
