Someone who thinks that Digital Restrictions Management is worth being
supported, and someone who doesn't have to fear being attacked by the
music mafia for adding such support (adding such support would make it
easy to break the Digital Restrictions Management system).

If you are very lucky, the new french copyright (DADVSI v2) keeps its
article 7 during the debate in the senat. This article 7 would provide
protection against the music and movie mafia for developers who want
to add interoperability with such files to open source players, but
even then, you need to find a french developer who cares enough about
Digital Restriction Management to do that.
