This looks wrong. At least I have
server glx vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
server glx version string: 1.3

This IMHO does look even more wrong.
Make sure you really have installed the drivers correctly (e.g. that you
actually have
Driver "fglrx"
or so in the device section of your X config...
I really think there's something broken with your X setup (should be
verifiable by using other media players like xine or VLC), in which case
this is not really the right list to ask for further help.
