Without full output, it's impossible to tell if MPlayer has recognized
the container and codecs. If you can't paste the full output, please
post a sample file instead. Try
wget http://192.168.1.200/cgi-bin/video.vam
and post the resulting file somewhere on the net (or upload to
ftp://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming along with a description).
