I have compiled and installed Mplayer v1.0pre7try2 from source code on
Ubuntu Dapper, and am having trouble playing any RealAudio streams
from oneplace.com. When I issue the following command (for example):
mplayer -playlist
http://boss.streamos.com/real/swn/oneplace/rm/ffd/ffd20060410.ram
I get:
d68b.rm?ts=1144669774&ttl=300&cs=CB37CFC2AC4F5F85416FFCE7D776C8107AB15BDD.

No stream found.
I have played these streams in the past (with exactly this syntax) on
previous installations of MPlayer, so I know it used to work, but I
haven't tried for a while. I am guessing it is a change at the server
end, because an installation of MPlayer I used to use on Ubuntu Hoary
can't play the streams now either. The stream does play fine in
RealPlayer for Linux.
