[MPlayer-users] [WISH] playing .mp2 and .mpv synchronously with seeking ability

Hello,

With the command "gmplayer -audiofile xyz.mp2 xyz.mpv" it is possible to 
play an mp2 and an mpv (i.e. two fitting demuxed streams: a pure audio 
and a pure video stream. Demuxed from an mpeg file.) concurrently.
But if you start seeking in the video, the audiofile will start playing 
from the very beginning, thus the audio/video streams are not played 
synchronously anymore.

Does anyone know why this is the case and what is needed?
