My failure, sorry for disturbing. Thanx
 
 If I start playing -playlist http://**.asx file I see
  mms://... ponting to some wmv, but mms protocol crash on FW.
  If I take this string mms://... and rewrite to http://... it runs OK.
  I think it should run on http always when I set in the command 
  http://**.asx
  Is it task to implement, it is not?
  What is your opinion?

That is not a valid proxy URL, did you edit that by hand?

This can't work, since that playlist contains the URL
http://stream3.visual.cz/ct/high/UdalostiP140406.rm.wmv?MSWMExt=.asf
so it will loop endlessly.
Remove -playlist and/or use mmshttp:// instead of http://
And if you can, tell whoever provides this service to use
mms:// instead of http:// in their playlists.
